👠 Return & Exchange Policy – Athletic Elegance

 Exchanges and returns are accepted for items received within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please return your item using a trackable shipping method. Kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly prepare your exchange or issue a refund. Please allow additional time for international processing and shipping.

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at 📧 athleticelegancestore@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
