Each pair of Aé is carefully prepared and handcrafted with attention to detail before it begins its journey to you.

Please allow 7 business days for handcrafting and preparation before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Handcrafting time: 7 business days
Shipping time: 7–10 business days
Estimated total: 14–17 business days from placing your order to delivery, excluding bridal preorders.

✈️ Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Processing Time

The Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Preorder: ‼️ Please Note: Bridal Collection requires 20–35 days to craft.

  • For bridal preorders, please allow 20–35 days for crafting before dispatch, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for shipping. The standard 14–17 business day total does not apply to bridal preorders.

  • Each pair of heels is meticulously handcrafted in small batches to preserve their unique elegance.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped through trusted international carriers. 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note: The express shipping cost applies once your order is fully prepared and ready to ship.
